Butaro Hospital

Located in Rwanda’s Lake District, the Butaro Hospital was built in partnership with the local government and Partners in Health, the organization founded by Dr. Paul Farmer. Utilising design as a tool for inclusion, the project brought together Architects and Builders, Doctors and Patients, to create a space for healing and care for the local community.
